Creditors Vote in Favor of Approving Diamond Chapter 11 Plan

The creditors of Diamond Glass, now known as DG Liquidation Corp., have voted in favor of approving the company's second amended Chapter 11 plan of liquidation, according to court documents filed in the case yesterday. 200 of the 219 voters voted to approve the plan, while 19 voted to reject it. Ten creditors abstained from the vote, which was conducted via a detailed mail process by Garden City Group, a class action settlement and Chapter 11 bankruptcy administration firm that has been working with Diamond throughout the year-since the company originally filed for bankruptcy last April.
