Diversified Glass Services Names New President and CEO
Diversified Glass Services, the parent company of Henderson Glass, has named Reginald Hanosh II as its new president and chief executive officer. He will also continue in his role as the organization's chairman of the board.
Hanosh replaces Jim Churilla, who has been serving as the company's interim chief executive officer since November 2008. Churilla will remain with the company in a financial consulting role.
Hanosh, who has 40 years of experience with Diversified, is rejoining the company after a two-year retirement. Prior to retirement, he held the position of operational vice president. He has served in numerous operational roles with the company, and brings an in-depth understanding of the industry to the position.
"I am really excited about the opportunity to lead this organization through these challenging times," says Hanosh. "I am confident that together with my management team we will further explore opportunities that will benefit our company and surrounding Michigan communities."
Hanosh and the management team plan to focus their attention on Henderson
Glass retail operations. A renewed focus on retail will include evaluation
of appropriate market service areas and product line expansion through
all 24 Henderson Glass retail outlets, according to the company, and the
company also will be evaluating additional auto glass opportunities associated
with fleet sales.
