Early bird registration for Auto Glass Week 2013 will be
ending close of business on May 31, 2013. With just a little over
three months until the event, now is the time to book your trip
and secure your spot before the highest discounts end in 48 hours!
Interested attendees can still register online
for an early bird discounted price of $179, saving up to $80 per
person versus registering onsite. This registration includes access
to all seminars, workshops, social events and admittance to the
Auto Glass Week Exhibition/Extravaganza. The Exhibition/Extravaganza
will once again host industry suppliers, as well as the annual repair
and replacement competitions.
Auto Glass Week will be held September 18-20 at the Tampa Convention
Center in Tampa, Fla. Our host hotel, the Tampa
Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina, is offering Auto Glass
Week attendees discounted room rates available on a first-come,
first-served basis. The attendee rate is $129 USD per night plus
tax, for a single room, double occupancy and the room
block is open to make reservations. You must reference the
Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina and code AGWF13 to access
the discounted room block ending August 27, 2013.
Also, if you are a technician and interested in competing, registration
is closing soon for AGRR magazine's NordGlass
Auto Glass Technician Olympics and the GlasWeld
Windshield Repair Olympics in Honor of Walt Gorman . The competitors
will compete over three days for the title of "World's Best
Auto Glass Technician" and "World's Best Windshield Repair
Technician" at the Tampa Convention Center. The champion of
each event will be crowned at the Gala Awards Reception and Ceremony
on Friday, September 20. The registration deadline to compete is
July 8, 2013.
Auto glass technicians looking to develop their credentials may
also register for a separate educational and testing course scheduled
for Friday, September 20. Technicians who would like to become an
Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) Certified Auto Glass
Technician can sign
up for this one-day, fast-track certification program to become
even more established in the trade. To register for this course,

International
Window Film Conference and Tint-Off will also be held
concurrently, where window film technicians compete to win prestigious
titles. Your Auto Glass Week registration will also grant you access
to view the Tint-Off competitions, sessions and events.
