GTS Offers Three-Tiered Software, Glassquoter.Com Web Tool For Glass Shops

GTS Services LLC recently released a tiered version of its GlasPac®LX software featuring the following versions: enterprise, professional and small business editions. All of which include a new Web-based quoting and contact-generation tool called GlassQuoter.com.

GlassQuoter.com is a scalable, Web-based application, which enables auto glass retailers to generate contacts and jobs through the Internet that feed directly into their GlasPacLX business management software systems.

Some new features of the 4.0 version of the GlasPacLX software include:
· A brand-new, comprehensive purchasing system that includes all inventory control functions, tracks parts from purchase order, through receipt into inventory, to exit from the system as sales or vendor returns.
· Customer service representatives can source parts more efficiently using a single window that provides price, alternate location availability, interchangeable product, color substitution and other part information as well as one-click generation of transactions such as purchase orders and transfer requests.
· "Work Order Finder" and "Work Order Scheduler" windows simplify work-in-progress and parts availability tracking.
· The purchase order system enables users to add multiple work order purchases to a single, ongoing purchase order for a non-online vendor, or to automatically create a purchase order from each "on-line quick order" for vendors that are GLAXIS-enabled.

Starting at $695 per user, this edition works seamlessly with other business software, such as QuickBooks accounting packages, and is fully GLAXIS-enabled for electronic link-up with vendors to check inventory, order parts, sundry items and get prices.
