California Casualty Presents "Customer Service Excellence Award" To Gerber National Glass Services

California Casualty Management Company, based in San Mateo, Calif., has presented a “Customer Service Excellence Award” for 2010 to Gerber National Glass Services.

"We are very excited to receive this award from California Casualty," says Mark Flasch, general manager of Gerber National Glass Services. "Our ongoing objective for all of our customers is to provide them with service excellence at every opportunity. We are proud that our efforts have translated into the highest level of customer satisfaction for California Casualty policyholders."

"The Gerber National Glass Services Team provides excellence in customer service to our policyholders," adds Michael Lloyd, assistant vice president for California Casualty.  "We recognize that it is critical to acknowledge these efforts.  I was privileged to go to both of their Call Centers in Paducah, Ky., and Fort Myers, Fla., recently to demonstrate how essential their daily work product is for California Casualty. We wanted to show Gerber's Associates how important their work is to our company and how much it is sincerely appreciated."
