Rice Named Glass Doctor® National Outside Sales Representative of the Year

Glass Doctor named Robert Rice of the Glass Doctor of Columbus franchise the national outside sales representative of the year during the company's 2010 Annual Reunion Conference in San Antonio. The outside sales representative of the year award is presented to the outside sales representative who has a reputation for exceptional commercial account management, customer service and sales performance, according to the company. Rice was nominated for the award by Tim Billman, owner of the Glass Doctor of Columbus franchise.

"Because of Robert's commitment, our company has grown by greater than 25 percent on average in sales every year since he started with us in 2005," Billman said in his nomination. "About nine out of every ten auto glass sales are a result of Robert's efforts, which is a direct reflection of his strong customer service. In addition to his sales responsibilities, Robert hosts chip repair tent events and continuing education classes for insurance agents."
