Glass Technology Introduces Web-Based Communication Software

Glass Technology has launched new web-based communication software to power the international demands needed for rural and urban international and domestic communication.

The company says this development will meet Glass Technology's growing demands, providing video and phone conferencing that allows for a change in the way the company will communicate. This advancement also will allow the company to communicate effectively on a global level. International customers will be able to use this service free of charge.

"This innovation is allowing Glass Technology to not only speak and communicate with domestic and international clients very easily, but it's also allowing for the enhancement of customer service and training through the use of video conferencing," says general manager Rory Most. "With this advancement we will be more effective in our communications efforts abroad, further enhancing the quality of windshield repair."
