HSG's ProGlass Alliance Requires Members to
September 7, 2012
HSG's ProGlass Alliance is now requiring its members to be Auto
Glass Safety Council (AGSC) (formerly AGRSS® Council Inc.) registered.
According to officials from the company, HSG is requiring AGSC registration
because it is "
the industry benchmark for safe, quality
auto glass installation."
"AGSC registration is the premier industry standard and the
highest credential for safe, quality auto glass installation,"
said Paul Gross, CEO of HSG. "ProGlass Alliance creates value
for insurance carriers by strengthening the offering of local, independent
auto glass retailers. I believe all glass companies performing insurance
repairs should require the work be done by AGSC registered companies."
HSG will be holding an invitation-only event at the upcoming Auto
Glass Week, being held September 20-22 in Louisville, Ky.
