Independent Glass Association Appoints New Management Company

The Independent Glass Association (IGA) has hired Arizona-based Procuratio 360 LLC to provide management services to the organization effective February 15, 2012.

“The team at Procuratio 360 has the skill set and familiarity with the industry to guide our membership through the obstacles we are faced with today and those we anticipate in the future,” says Alan Epley, president of the association. “We are thankful for the work that the team at Centric Management and Consulting provided us during our operational transition.”

“The association and its membership have many positive things to look forward to in the upcoming months as necessary changes are addressed and made to stabilize key issues such as inspections, steering and third-party encroachment,” adds Gary Hart, CEO of Procuratio 360. “It is our goal to renovate and reinvigorate the independent automotive glass repair and replacement retailer through innovative yet proven business practices."
