modified a 'no contact' order against former GlasWeld employee Mike
Boyle to allow him "personal contact with GlasWeld Inc., GlasWeld
Inc. employees or owners at court appearances, depositions and any
other procedures or appearances deemed necessary by the U.S. District
Court as part of an on-going" patent infringement suit. The
order continues to forbid other contact with GlasWeld or its employees
