Keystone Automotive Industries to Report Fiscal 2004 Third-Quarter Results

Pomona, Calif.-based Keystone Automotive Industries Inc. has announced that the company will release results for its fiscal third quarter ended December 26, 2003,
at 5 a.m. Pacific Time on February 5, 2004.

Charles J. Hogarty, president and chief executive officer, and John M. Palumbo, chief financial officer, will host an investor conference call the same day at 11 a.m. Pacific Time to discuss the company's financial results and operations for the quarter.
