Levine
Holds 99 Percent of Diamond Shares, Harris Holds 1 Percent
Ken Levine was listed as the largest shareholder of Diamond Glass
in a filing made yesterday by the company in the U.S. Bankruptcy
Court for the District of Delaware in relation to its bankruptcy
filing. Levin holes 3,844,795 shares in the company. The list of
equity security holders also listed Norm Harris, who holds 1 percent
of the shares (or 41,366 shares).
The list also notes that Guggenheim's shares "are issuable
upon the exercise of a warrant that is outstanding, which allows
Guggenheim to purchase up to 7.5 percent of Diamond Glass Inc.'s
common stock at any time prior to January 12, 2009."
