Mounties in Surrey, British Columbia are seeking help identifying an alleged hit-and-run driver. The suspect is believed to be driving a reddish-burgundy vehicle with damage to the right front bumper, fender and windshield.

The driver supposedly struck 49-year-old Jagdev Toor outside of a Sikh temple sometime Saturday night, leaving him in critical condition. Since there were no witnesses present at the time of the accident, it is unknown how long Toor was injured before he was found and taken to the hospital.
