“Thin Windshields” Discovered at NASCAR Event

Three windshields were removed this weekend from NASCAR vehicles shortly before a race at the Tallageda Speedway in Talladega, Ala., after they were found to have “unapproved modifications,” according to reports from NASCAR.com.

The windshields were said to be “too thin,” and were located on the vehicles of David Reutimann, Martin Truex Jr. and Bobby Labonte. According to reports from NASCAR, all three vehicles are Toyotas.
