UNITED KINGDOM - National Mobile Windscreens Hires First Female Windshield Repair Technician

National Mobile Windscreens has hired its first female windshield repair technician, Carly Weston. Weston, 23, works at the company's Phoenix Park, Aston, branch, in Birmingham, England.

"Drivers are a bit surprised when I arrive because this is generally regarded as a man's job, but I deal with it very professionally and we are getting good feedback from our customers," she says.

Weston joined the company in January. She previously has worked in the parts department of a garage.
