Friends Mourn Loss of Man Killed in PPG Accident
Dave Wotring never saw Neil McMichael without a smile. "If he had a bad day, he never put it on," Wotring said. "I never saw him angry, never. I can't say an unkind word about Neil." McMichael, 61, was killed early Thursday in an industrial accident at PPG Industries Inc. He was a glass-cutting line operator.

Child Predators Internet Program to be Expanded
A program to educate children and parents about child predators lurking on the Internet will be headed to more classrooms in Allegheny County, state Attorney General Tom Corbett said Friday. PPG Industries and Toyota donated $20,000 to Child Watch of Pittsburgh, a nonprofit dedicated to the needs of at-risk children in the county.
