Pilkington to Increase Prices by Total of 7.5 Percent

"The costs of providing high-quality products and services have increased dramatically the last few months," writes William A. George, director of marketing for the company. "We have been unable to offset the escalating commodity and energy costs with our aggressive cost reduction measures."

He adds, "We sincerely hope you will understand the necessity for this general price increase. As always, we will continue to improve our products and services while remaining competitive and affordable."
