June 11, 2010

Pilkington Automotive's plant in Vizag, India, recently passed the Bureau of Indian Standards' quality audit successfully, according to a statement from the company. As a result, the plant now is licensed to use the ISI monogram-the Indian Standards certification mark.

"This approval helps in launching the products made at the Vizag plant into the Indian market," says general manager Stephan Rosebrock.

Pilkington Automotive is part of the NSG Group.
