Progressive Changes Pricing Structure for Glass Claims

The Progressive Group of Insurance Companies has notified glass shops that its pricing structure for glass claims has changed. The changes will become effective February 15.

The company will now pay 37 percent off NAGS for windshields, 37 percent off NAGS for tempered parts and $40 per hour for labor.

Shops were notified via fax on Friday, February 8, by Safelite Solutions, which manages Progressive's glass claims program.

The following table illustrates how the new pricing structure compares with the same company's structure one year ago.
