Surveys Network Participants
The SGC Network currently is conducting a survey of its network
participants "in order to obtain constructive feedback from the
auto glass industry in order to improve [its] tools and offerings,"
according to Belron US public relations manager Jenny Cain. Belron
US is the parent company of the SGC Network.
"Our intent is that the results of the survey will help improve
the overall claims management experience for all interested parties,"
Cain adds.
Cain says the survey was sent to all active network participants
with a valid e-mail address and survey results will be used "to
enhance the current tools and offerings within the SGC Network."
"Our goal of this survey is to understand what things are working
well and what the SGCNetwork can do better for all shops," she adds.
The results of the survey will not be made public.
