
Safelite Promotes Overbaugh to Charlotte, N.C., General Manager;
Adds Media Financial Analyst to Headquarters Staff

Safelite® AutoGlass has promoted Don Overbaugh to general manager
of the Charlotte, N.C., market, and has hired Jennifer Case to the
position of media financial analyst at its headquarters in Columbus,
Ohio.
As general manager, Overbaugh will direct the sales initiatives
of operations located throughout Charlotte. Overbaugh has more than
22 years of vehicle glass industry experience. After working for
Harmon AutoGlass in field management, he joined Diamond Triumph
Glass as a regional operations manager, becoming part of the
Safelite through its 2008 acquisition of Diamond. Since coming to
Safelite, he has served as market manager in Dallas.
Don possesses a fundamental understanding of the auto glass
industry that comes with years of experience, says Paul Jurgensen,
South division manager. As our Dallas market manager, he proved
to be a results-driven leader who reinforced our core principle
of providing exceptional customer service. He will use that same
experience to lead our team in Charlotte to continued positive growth.

Overbaugh served in the United States Army for three years and
an additional 12 in the Army National Guard. He and wife, Eishia,
have three children.
As media financial analyst, Case will be responsible for analyzing
the financial impact of various media initiatives.
Case comes to Safelite® from Abbott Nutrition, where she served
as senior financial analyst for the marketing and finance teams.
Prior to her work with Abbott, she worked with advertising agency
Fitch as an accounting and budget project manager. She earned a
degree in accounting from the University of Dayton and currently
resides with her husband in Upper Arlington.

suited for this role.
