St. Paul Police Search For Vehicle Involved in Hit-and-Run with Skateboarder
August 24, 2012

St. Paul, Minn. police have no leads in a hit-and-run that seriously injured skateboarding father. The accident occurred on August 3 and left the victim with 30 stitches and bleeding in his brain. While the police have no specific information on the vehicle the victim reports that the accident left the vehicle with a shattered windshield and he would be surprised if there was no denting to the hood or front corner panel on the passenger side of the vehicle. While the victim did not get a good look at the vehicle he thinks it was a small sports-utility vehicle and it might have been dark in color.

Police ask anyone with information to call the traffic and accident unit at 651/266-5722.

The Twin Cities Pioneer Press has more details on the accident.
