Two
Industry Representatives to Serve on Diamond Unsecured Creditors
Committee
The U.S. Department of Justice's Office of the United States Trustee
for the District of Delaware has created a "Committee of Unsecured
Creditors" in Diamond Glass's bankruptcy case, filed on April 1.
Among the five people chosen for the committee are two glass industry
representatives, Jacqueline Lumley of the SIKA Corp., and Jeffery
Bowman of Pilkington North America Inc.
According to the Department of Justice, the committee is designed
to "represent the interests of all unsecured creditors and attempt
to maximize recovery for all unsecured creditors in its negotiations
with the debtor, the secured creditors and other parties in the
case."
