Bristol-based National Mobile Windscreens has won an award for
the best customer service provider in the fleet transport, leasing
and contract hire industry. The company received the Fleet News
award at a gala presentation at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on
March 17.
"National Mobile Windscreens has good, old-fashioned values
and services - its entry was packed full of customer service initiatives,"
said the judges. "This is a regional company that bases its
service offering on outstanding customer service - more than simply
platitudes, it delivers on its promises."
There were 100 entries in 14 categories in the awards and National
Mobile Windscreens was one of six finalists in the Customer Service
category competing against companies such as the RAC, Enterprise
Rent-A-Car and GE Capital Fleet Services.
"We have established an impeccable track record for outstanding
customer service over the past 39 years and this has been recognised
by the independent judging panel," says George Douglas, founder
and managing director of National Mobile Windscreens. "Indeed
we have not lost a major account in over two years."
