There's a New Kid in Town: Rohlfing Founds
October 22, 2012
Long time industry veteran David Rohlfing is opening a new concern
called Windshield Centers in early 2013. In a release issued to
glassBYTEs.com/AGRR magazine earlier today, Rohlfing
said the entity will be “based on a technologically advanced and
customer centric business model that will deliver exceptional service,
price and performance."
"We are very enthusiastic about offering a higher level of auto
glass replacement and repair services throughout the country," states
Rohlfing, who will serve as president of Windshield Centers. "We
will create a seamless customer experience that will encompass real-time
appointment scheduling and updates, glass claim processing and the
highest level of customer service."
The statement goes on to say that Windshield Centers anticipates
introducing more than 100 facilities within 24 to 36 months of its
opening. The retailer will offer mobile services in addition to
local shop services.
Windshield Centers plans to offer services regionally through a
co-branded retailer program. Glasspro of South Carolina and JN Phillips
Auto Glass of New England have already joined the program. The stores
will offer full auto glass repair and replacement services.
