Philip Schoof is the new vice president-sales and marketing for ADCO Products Inc., the Madison Center, Mich., manufacturer of adhesives and sealants. He had been a business manager and global marketing manager for Arizona Chemical Co.

Paul Snowwhite is the new director of technology for the company. He has over ten years of experience in developing new and existing technologies in the specialty chemicals industry with extensive experience in ultraviolet and lectron beam curing processes. He holds numerous technology patents both internationally and in the United States.
