Delta Kits Takes on New Region
August 16, 2011
Eugene-Ore.-based Delta Kits is expanding its operations to the East Coast. The windshield repair and headlight restoration equipment and supplies company has already opened the Boston, Mass. location, which will be run by account executive and Delta Kits’ 2011 Windshield Repair Person of the year, Korey Gobin.
“Having spent my windshield repair career in Oregon up to this point, I’m looking forward to being closer to the major population centers. The world does not operate on west coast time so this is a great opportunity,” said Gobin, who for now will be the sole employee at the Boston location. “We’re excited to offer more opportunities for training to help technicians elevate the quality of repairs in an area with high demand for windshield repair,” said Gobin.
The company expects to announce additional information about training dates in the early Fall.
“The northeast is a historically underserved market so we expect a positive response to this move,” says Brent Deines, president of Delta Kits. “Although in the near term we will continue to ship orders out of our international headquarters in Eugene, east coast customers are very excited about the additional customer service and technical support that will be available.”
