Diamond, Safelite Case Moves Forward in Part

Yesterday, the chance of the Diamond Glass Companies suit against Safelite Group Inc. moved one step closer to coming to trial when Judge James Munley of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, issued an order granting in part and denying in part both parties' motions for summary judgment in the action.
