Dow Automotive Announces Personnel Changes

Representatives of Dow Automotive have announced personnel changes in the company.

Rick Endsley has been promoted to market development manager for the aftermarket and bus, truck and rail segment of Dow Automotive. Endsley joined Dow in 1996 as aftermarket product manager for Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Phil Jentoft has also been promoted; he is now serving as product marketing manager and is responsible for the product strategy and profitability of the company's North American glass bonding small packaing business, which includes aftermarket-glazing adhesives. Jentoft has been with Dow since 1998, when he joined as Eastern regional sales manager. Prior to his promotion he served as product manager for the company's North American aftermarket business.

Joel Timmons was recently named sales director for Dow Automotive Aftermarket. He is responsible for implementation of business strategy, management of customer relationships and leadership of sales personnel for all automotive replacement glazing activities in North America. Timmons has been with the company since joining Dow's predecessor, PTI, in 1988 as field sales supervisor.
