Mitchell Accelerates Claims Processing

San Diego-based Mitchell International Inc. has introduced the UltraMate Premier Suite™, a product that integrates the UltraMate™ estimating solution, digital imaging, broadband and wireless communications into the eClaim Manager™ workflow management system. According to the company, the integration of these capabilities into a single application suite enables collision repair shops to work more closely with insurance partners to process claims of their shared customer base.

The UltraMate Premier Suite's user interface enables shops to receive assignments from numerous DRP partners simultaneously, create estimates, add images and then sends completed claims packages instantly to their insurance partners using broadband, wireless or dial-up communications. Estimates are automatically pre-populated with assignment information to save shops time and reduce errors, and the module also enables collision shops to track the progress of each job and respond to supplement requests.
