Safelite Acquires AAA Mid-Atlantic Auto Glass

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Safelite® Group, Safelite AutoGlass® parent company, has reached an agreement to acquire substantially all vehicle glass repair and replacement assets from AAA Mid-Atlantic Auto Glass LLC (AMAG). AMAG was a joint venture owned by wholly owned subsidiaries of AAA Club Alliance and Club Assist.
