NHTSA: 22 Million Vehicles Recalled in 2013

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that approximately 22 million vehicles were recalled in 2013 and “shattering sunroofs” was a big reason behind automotive glass-related recalls. This is the highest total since 2004 when overall recalls reached more than 30 million.
