The National Windshield Repair Association™ (NWRA) is soliciting comments on its new draft Standard ANSI/NWRA/BIS 001-2016. The proposed Break Identification Standard (BIS) creates a system for identifying where damage has been repaired on vehicles and covers all types of glass in the car, excluding of sunroofs.
