Thomas Auto Glass Raises Almost $18,000 for Charity Thanks to Customers

For each windshield replaced by Thomas Auto Glass in Phoenix, Ariz., customers could select a charity, school, church or non-profit organization and the company would donate $50 in their name. For 2015, these donations totaled almost $18,000.

Low Gas Helps Glass

Gas prices have plummeted to an average of $2.05 throughout the nation, according to AAA. In Arizona, Michigan and Minnesota, AGRR company owners report a gallon of gas is below $2. “There is a lot more traffic in the Phoenix area, which has helped business,” says Frank Thomas of Thomas Auto Glass.

AGRR Company Owner Helps to Raise More than a Million to Help Others

Frank Thomas, owner of Thomas Auto Glass in Phoenix, began his mission of giving after his first-born son died of cancer at the age of three in 1975. During the fight to save the boy, Thomas says he received “overwhelming assistance from many people and organizations,” which he wanted to pass on.
