Brown Surrenders after Oklahoma Gov. Approves Extradition to South Carolina

The biological father at the center of a court case over the adoption of a three-year-old by Matt Capobianco, a former longtime employee of Glasspro in Charleston, S.C., and his wife Melanie, turned himself over to the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office and was released Thursday after Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin authorized the man’s extradition to South Carolina to face a felony charge over alleged custodial interference, according to local reports.
