Massachusetts AGRR Technician Charged with Murder

Richard Langley, a technician for Ace Auto Plate Glass in West Roxbury, Mass., was arraigned late last week on one count of murder, according to the Plymouth Assistant District Attorney Bridget Norton Middleton.
