Pittsburgh Glass Works (PGW) has filed a complaint against former employee David Adams for misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, conversion, breach of fiduciary duties, and tortious interference with contractual and business relations. PGW Files Lawsuit Against Henniges over Germany-based Contract Dispute
In the U.S. District Court for Southern New York, Pittsburgh Glass Works (PGW) has filed a complaint alleging that German-based Henniges Automotive GmbH & Co.
